TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with all the shipping details and a tracking link from the delivery company. If the link doesn’t work immediately, don’t worry — it may take up to 24 hours (or 48 hours for shipments outside Spain) for the tracking to update.

Please Note: If your package is held at customs, YASI Threads is not responsible for any additional fees or delays that may arise.

  • Qatar: 85 AED

  • Bahrain: 80 AED

  • Saudi Arabia: 85 AED

  • Kuwait: 85 AED

  • Oman: 65 AED

  • Europe countries & international: 135 AED
    (Shipping discounts may apply during promotions.)

Estimated delivery time:

  • Spain: 2 to 7 working days. Once shipped, delivery is within 24 hours.

  • International Orders: Delivery time depends on the destination and any customs delays.

APPLICABLE TAXES

All product prices displayed on our website include Value Added Tax (VAT). If any additional taxes apply, they will be clearly stated.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  1. Fill out our return/exchange form.

  2. Attach clear images showing the defect or error.

  3. We will review and provide a solution as soon as possible.

EXCHANGES – SPAIN (EXCLUDING CANARY ISLANDS)

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request an exchange:

  1. Submit a request via our exchange form.

  2. You pay the return shipping (10 AED) — we pay the shipping of the new item.

  3. We’ll send a link for return shipping payment.

  4. The courier will deliver the new item and pick up the old one from the same or a different address.

We can exchange sizes or models (equal or lower in price). If the exchange is for a cheaper item, we’ll refund the difference.

For returns valued over 20 AED, we recommend using a trackable service or shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

RETURNS – SPAIN (EXCLUDING CANARY ISLANDS)

To initiate a return:

  1. Access our returns form.

  2. Submit your request within 30 days of receiving your order.

  3. The product must be unused and in original condition.

  4. We will arrange pickup from your address.

  5. Return shipping (10 AED) will be deducted from your refund.

Please wrap your package securely (courier bag or sturdy sealed bag). The courier will label it upon pickup.

RETURNS – OUTSIDE SPAIN

  • You have 30 days to request a return via our returns form.

  • Send the item back using your preferred courier.

  • Email us the shipping receipt for tracking.

  • Once received and verified, we will process your refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • The item is not in original condition.

  • It has missing parts not due to our error.

  • Return is requested after 30 days.

If you’ve completed all steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

SIZES & MEASUREMENTS

You can check the available sizes in the Size Selector on the product page. Click the “Sizes” link under the Add to Cart button for detailed measurements.

How to Measure:

  1. Outline: Measure around the widest part under your arms (keep the tape horizontal).

  2. Height: Measure from the neckline to the bottom of the shirt (vertical).

We recommend measuring your favorite shirt and selecting the closest size from our table. If between sizes, choose:

  • Smaller size for a tighter fit

  • Larger size for a looser fit

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal

  • Credit or Debit Card

We do not accept Cash on Delivery or bank transfers.

If you encounter an error:

  • Try a different device or browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.).

  • Ensure your card allows online purchases.

  • If using a prepaid card, ensure it has 1 AED more than the total.
