Refund & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital content

  • Health or hygiene-sensitive clothing items

Please do not send your return directly to the manufacturer. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return.

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any return made more than 30 days after delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email confirming receipt. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account.

  2. Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund posts.

  3. Next, reach out to your bank.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the buyer for later delivery to you, the refund will go to the original buyer and they’ll be informed about the return.

You’ll be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted.

The delivery time for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over AED 300, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
